24/25 Travel teams
Tryouts for girls and boys teams TBD. Preregistration required. Each team has 2 coaches, practices 3x a week, and will go to 8 tournaments. Season fees are $2250.
Ages u13 -u17
u12 tryouts are 10/27.
Mental Health, Mental Toughness, and Nutrition for Athletes
Learn strategies for athletes for dealing with adversity, training plateaus, injury, and other issues an athlete faces in their time playing.

24-25 Skills League
A non-travel option for athletes who want to continue to play and grow their skill.
This program works all skills of the game over 16 weeks using drills and game play. For u13 - u15 ages and u12 who are in 7th grade.
Sessions are 2x a week, Sundays and Wednesdays Starting in November 2024.
Beach Volleyball Team Tryouts
Tryout to play beach and be paired with a similar skilled player for beach tournament competition. Learn how to play and enjoy a short season tournament cycle with tthe possibility of Nationals in Florida.

Volley Kids
Learn to move like a volleyball player and start the basics of playing! For Girls and Boys in grades 4th - 6th. Wednesdays September 11th through October 30th, 5:30 - 7:00pm.
$225/Session
Includes USAV membership
College Player Open Gym
Women who are rising seniors or current college players are welcome to sign up to attend open gyms. These will run May through July 2025.
There is no cost for attending but participants must sign the participation waiver.
All participants need a Valid USAV/XLVRA Membership either a full season (1yr) or a League (4mo) to participate in club events, It does not need to be with this club to participate in non travel events it can be any USAV sanctioned membership. A filled out medical release form is needed and can be downloaded here.
