Astrid Baker

Astrid Baker has been coaching youth sports since 1998 working with ages 5 and up, she has been coaching volleyball since 2009. Astrid has coached Modified, Varsity, and club volleyball from u8 through u18. Coach Baker has been a court coach and evaluator for the USA HP evaluation tryouts in NY and XLRVA region HP tryout process for several years along with assisting at local D1 summer camps. She has taken 3 teams to USAV Nationals at the 13s, 16s, and 17s at the National and Liberty levels. Coach Baker continues to educate herself in the changing game with clinics, networking, and training courses.

Keelin Baker

Keelin Baker has been playing for 14 years. She played has for the IREVA/XLRVA HP National and International teams. She was a member of the USA A1 Women's Junior National team in 2019, she was recruited to Lock Haven U during COVID and she is played for SUNY Morrisville. Keelin has been an assistant coach for 7 years. Coach Baker has been a court coach and trainer for camps and clinics. She continues to educate herself in the changing game while playing at the collegiate level, with clinics and coaching courses in college. Keelin has received the conference tournament MVP in 2022. She is an Exercise Science major.

Morgan Baker
u12 Head Coach
Morgan is going into her fourth year with Triple Cities. She played for Vestal through out her high school career and opted not to play at the collegiate level as she earned her Masters in Bio before completing her RN. Morgan has continued to stay active in the volleyball community.

Devin Hill

Devin is going into his second year with the club. He has experience coaching youth basketball for several years and is an avid student of volleyball.

Aubrey Baker
Beach Coach
Assistant Skills and Volley Kids Coach
Aubrey has been playing since she was 9, she was a NYS Section IV All Conference player 3 years, All State team 2 years, and her club teams have gone to USAV Nationals 3 times. She is currently playing D1 for Merrimack College in the MAAC Conference. Aubrey has been assistant coaching with the club for 4 years and is studying Exercise Science and Athletic Training.

Hannah Smyk
Beach Coach
Assistant Skills and Volley Kids Coach
Hannah Smyk has been involved in competitive volleyball for nearly 7 years as both a player and a coach. She played for Triple Cities Volleyball Club, Electric City Volleyball Club, and Whirlwind Volleyball Club, developing her skills and passion for the game through a variety of high-level experiences. In high school, she was a two-year varsity starter at libero and earned recognition as the All-Metro Division Libero in 2025.
Her coaching journey began with two years as a volunteer coach at Triple Cities Volleyball Club, where she developed her skills working with young athletes. She also assisted with Vestal Recreation’s volleyball camp and Susquehanna Valley’s Volley Kids program, helping to introduce fundamentals and build excitement for the sport in young athletes. Currently, she serves as an assistant coach at Triple Cities Volleyball Club, where she is involved in both the indoor and beach volleyball programs.

Carmen Roehm
Assistant Coach / Lesson Coach
Carmen is a certified Physical Education teacher and assistant varsity volleyball coach at Union-Endicott CSD, with three years of experience. She recently helped lead the team to a sectional championship in 2024. Carmen has also coached with TCVBC for the past three years, working with athletes ages 12-18, including coaching the skills league and assisting 16U, 17U, and 18U teams.
She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from SUNY Cortland. Her background in education supports a strong focus on player development and creating a positive, growth-oriented environment for all athletes.

Antonio Amelio
U17 Head Coach
Tony has been coaching volleyball since 2020 and brings a competitive edge and passion for player development to every team he leads. Currently in his second year with Triple Cities Volleyball Club, Tony previously coached with Pine Bush Volleyball Club, where he helped athletes build strong technical foundations and game awareness.
Tony also brings valuable school-level coaching experience. He led the Modified team at Binghamton for one season, where they went undefeated under his leadership. This fall, he will continue his school coaching journey as the Junior Varsity coach at Susquehanna Valley, where he aims to foster a competitive yet growth-oriented environment for young athletes.
As a former collegiate athlete, Tony played all four years at SUNY Cortland as a right-side and defensive specialist, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both front and back row strategy. His experience as a player and coach allows him to connect with athletes at all levels and help them reach their full potential on and off the court.

Amie Felter
u13/14 Head Coach
Amie has been playing the game for 21 years and was a varsity player for Chenango Forks. She played intramural college volleyball and has continued playing in adult leagues. She was the modified coach then JV at Chenango Forks and is currently the Varsity team coach. Amie has coached with the Volley Kids and Skills programs for the club and is in her 2nd year as the u13/14s Head Coach, she is constantly looking for ways to learn more about the game.

Emma Bryant
U13 Assistant Coach
Emma Bryant, has played volleyball at Owego Free Academy from 6th-12th grade. In 12th grade she was selected all division, during her time at Owego she was a three year varsity outside hitter and was a part of two sectional championship teams. She has loved volleyball since she was little and is looking forward to expanding the potential of young players!

Gabriella Amelio-Watson
Volley Kids Coach
Lessons Coach
Gabby is going into her fifth year with Triple Cities. She started playing at 9. Gabby played on the IREVA/XLVRA international team for 3 years and was a varsity starter for 5 years. Coach Watson played for Towson for 1 season and SUNY Cortland for 3 where she was captain all 3 years and is listed in the top 15 for service aces and a 2 x Red Letter Award (MVP) winner. Gabby has coached Volley Kids programs from 9th grade to present, she has been head coach and court coach for multiple volleyball camps and clinics. She has been coaching club for 5+ years and the current Varsity Coach at Susquehanna Valley.
